Strong winds topple trees, blow down facilities, disrupt flight operations on Jeju Island

Strong winds are battering South Korea’s southern resort island Jeju.
Around 200 flights were delayed, and 10 others were canceled at Jeju International Airport.
Howling winds also toppled trees and knocked over traffic signals and street lights, causing firefighters to take safety measures.
The Korea Meteorological Administration expects wind gusts to reach speeds of up to 25 meters per second from today until Sunday evening.
