South Korea’s defense chief is calling for support from the international community to help bring peace to the Korean Peninsula,
Suh Wook said he believes it’ll also be conducive to help build peace in the Asia-Pacific region.
He made the remarks on Thursday during the 7th ASEAN Defense Ministers’ Meeting-Plus.
The annual session was initially scheduled to be held in Vietnam this year but was held via videoconference in light of the pandemic.
