‘Mobile Lab’ trucks deployed to measure Seoul’s fine dust pollution

The city of Seoul has deployed a pair of trucks equipped with a high-tech system to measure fine dust and track where it’s coming from.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government says this is the first such system in the country.
The findings will be used to come up with management plans for areas where fine dust concentrations are high and to evaluate facilities for potential mandatory reductions.
They will be measuring dust levels in nine districts of Seoul until March.
