The South Korean city of Sangju, in Gyeongsangbuk-do Province was struck on Sunday by a minor earthquake measuring magnitude 2.9.
South Korea’s weather agency said it occurred around five kilometers east of the city at around 3:26 PM.
This is the fourth strongest earthquake that the country has experienced this year.
It was strong enough to be felt indoors and to rattle windows, and no damage was reported.
