South Korea’s main opposition party has changed its name.
The conservative United Future Party is now the the People Party, a rebranding it says reflects its new people-oriented values and goals.
It says the name contains three meanings: power from the people, the power to act for the people and the power to bring people together.
The change comes after a landslide loss to the ruling Democratic Party in the April general elections.
It was only six months ago the party last changed its name when it merged with other minor conservative parties.
